The Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship equips learners with the essential skills required to support users, systems, and services across modern organisations. Apprentices gain confidence working with digital technologies, managing issues, improving digital processes, and supporting business operations with an emphasis on “learning by doing” that delivers measurable impact.

  • Introduction to AI: Understanding AI fundamentals, how AI is used in modern workplaces and how to safely and ethically support AI-enabled tools and solutions
  • Underpinning Knowledge: The technical knowledge that apprentices need to do their job. Examples include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, vendor qualifications including those from Microsoft, AWS etc.

 

By completing the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship the apprentice will be able to:

  • Provide effective first-line digital support to users across the organisation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues confidently
  • Maintain and support digital systems and information management tools
  • Apply secure working practices and promote strong digital security behaviours
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
